I personally think Case actively being reviewed doesn't means much in terms of progress for I-130. For e.g. I filed I-130 for my parents, one of them is in active review and other isn't. There isn’t an officer staring at your file 8 hours a day since December. It takes less than an hour to do an average I-130. That being said, you’re within normal processing times. .
